Mold Testing:  

 

We use the latest professional mold testing equipment available.  This is not a "big box" testing kit, we use a vacuum collecting device along with adhesive strips.  Once the samples are collected, we send them off to a scientific laboratory for professional analysis and testing.  The test usually takes between 2 - 3 days.  We will provide a copy of the report to you after the results are sent to us.

Because this is a professional service, there is a minimum of two areas needed for the test; outside and a minimum of one area inside.  Each sample area takes a minimum of 5 minutes. Prices for the first mold sample is: $150 and $50 for each additional sample - vacuum canister or adhesive strip
