A Signed Contract:

We need a signed contract before beginning the inspection.  We will arrange this with you when you schedule your inspection.

Payment: 

We will take your information over the 
phone the day before the inspection or you may meet us at the beginning of your inspection to sign your agreement and make payment.

Access to the home being inspected.
Inspections take approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours.  We will need full access to the home being inspected for the full time.

We have a Supra Key but the buyer will  
schedule the inspection with the seller,  If the home does not have a  Supra Box the buyer will make arrangements for us to gain full access to the home for the scheduled time.

Children: For liability and safety concerns, are discouraged from being present during the inspection.

 

Dogs need to be contained,  on a lead or in a kennel.
