Located in beautiful Cache county in northern Utah, our service area is from North Salt Lake to the Idaho border with plans to expand into South-Eastern Idaho within the next year.
With over 20 years of construction, electrical and plumbing experience along with receiving InterNACHI Home Inspection certification, Quality First Inspections, llc has the knowledge and ability to fairly give you... or your clients an honest and very thorough inspection. If you're wondering, we DO lift area rugs and inspect the flooring underneath. You'll be surprised how many do not.

Coming March 2018:
As a valued customer, we will do Thermal Imaging at no additional cost showing you where any water leaks, existing heating and cooling leaks may exist. We also image the attic, electrical panel and plumbing systems which will show you the condition of your home in a way you cannot see with your own eyes.

INSURED
We are an LLC, fully insured certified home inspector business. Our certification and continuing education is through the InterNACHI training and certification process. As Utah does not require Home inspectors to be "licensed", virtually anyone could "front" as an inspector and miss many items in your investment due to lack of training costing you time, money and a lot of frustration.

Our training and certification is an on-going process so we can keep up on the latest technologies found in modern homes and be aware of any issues that may exist in older homes.

Each house is unique. A cookie-cutter approach to an inspection is like expecting all cars to drive the same. We at Quality First Inspections assess your home and begin with the outside, inspecting from bottom to top then go in and do the same. There's really no cabinet, entry door or system in your home that goes without being rigorously examined and tested. When the inspection is done, you will have a hard copy report mailed or delivered to you with photographs and narration of our findings. All at an affordable cost.
