Radon is the #1 cause of Lung Cancer for non-smoking adults.  This is a real threat and should be tested.  Quality First Inspections has their own Radon Testing equipment that can give a quick result on the spot or we can leave a monitor on your site for up-to three days to monitor.  The base fee for this testing is $125.  There are no lab fees with this device.  For accuracy, we will leave our Radon Testing equipment in the home for 2 days (48 hours).  When we return, we will discuss with you the results along with any mitigation options if the Radon gas is at a toxic level.
